As of today, we are a new, independent, nonprofit corporation – Active Citizens for Responsible Sustainability, Inc (ACRES).

ACRES genesis is the vast patchwork of rapidly vanishing, small but richly bio-diverse, backyard neighborhood pocket woodlands that support life: animal, plant, and human.

ACRES belief is that by working together, communities nationwide can effectively and responsibly identify, plan, and implement environmentally sustainable land use practices that minimize our collective footprint on earth for the benefit of present and future generations.

We have determined that we can and must make a difference…
